Enjoying a stunning elevated location and nestled in olive groves on the outskirts of Acharavi with fantastic panoramic views all the way from Roda to Kassiopi, the Piedra has escape written all over it. Painted in quintessential cream and blue with pretty white highlights and benefiting from stunning views over the coast, it promises a deeply relaxing holiday in a beautiful setting.

To ensure privacy, the house is built in terraces down the hillside, creating two levels of living space all comfortably furnished in a contemporary modern-style with sophisticated up-to-date furnishings and shiny tiled floors. Plenty of natural light and dark wood furnishings give the two twin bedrooms and double bedroom with ensuite shower room - on the top floor - an atmosphere of classic elegance. At ground level, there is a spacious and extremely well-equipped lounge-cum-dining area and a semi-screened-off, well equipped kitchen. An air of sunny elegance dominates throughout and the Piedra is also equipped with air-conditioning in the lounge and bedrooms for those warm summer afternoons and evenings.

Patio doors from the lounge lead outside to pretty terraces, which tempt you to just sit and enjoy the magnificent views across to the sea and mainland beyond. A delightful pergola-shaded dining area is perfect for enjoying meals cooked on the built-in barbecue and the finishing touch is the enticing pool, located at ground level and combining wonderful privacy with more fantastic views.

A 10-minute walk leads to Acharavi, with its restaurants, bars, cafés and shops, and there are more local restaurants and shops within a short drive. Acharavi pebble beach - which stretches for three kilometres - and its beachfront cafés is also a short drive or leisurely walk away.

Because there are a number of interior steps and due to the elevated location, Villa Piedra may not be suitable for the less mobile guests.
