The well designed and practical modern kitchen has hand-made teak fittings, microwave, electric oven/gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, walk-in pantry and utility room with washing machine, iron-ironing board and safety deposit box. Guests wc. From the kitchen, steps lead down to the rear terrace and swimming pool and BBQ. One double bedroom and one twin bedroom each have en-suite bath/shower room. Upstairs, the Master double bedroom has full en-suite bath/shower room, whilst a further twin bedroom also has an en-suite bath/shower room - both these bedrooms open onto the large furnished upper sun terrace with fine views towards the yacht marina. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. Accommodation covers approximately 180 sqm. Available all year with air conditioning in all bedrooms and central heating. Note: The air conditioning is on a timer for ten hours daily. If you wish to change the hours set please contact your local representative. Extra air conditioning MAY be available on request and is payable locally.
