One double bedroom has walk-in wardrobes, side door to the sun terraces and full en-suite bath/shower room. The staircase with ornate iron railings, leads up to the galleried landing area and into the master double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and side door opening to your private sun terrace and steps leading to the rooftop terrace with truly magnificent views. One full bath/shower room with Romanesque tiles and heated towel rail is adjacent. The third bedroom has twin beds, fitted wardrobes and side door to a further sun terrace, this bedroom also has a 3rd bed for an extra person if required. All bedrooms have complimentary air conditioning. One shower room. Laundry area with washing machine. From the hall steps lead down to the maids private quarters although she does not live on site.

Outside the magnificent 9m mosaic tiled swimming pool has curved Roman steps with comfortably furnished sunbeds. A very special feature is the poolside pergola providing welcome shade where you can sit and watch your children playing in the pool. The front covered dining terrace is an ideal for enjoying freshly cooked BBQ meals. The pleasant gardens have a small grassed area, citrus grove where you can pick your own oranges and many ornamental features. Highly recommended family holiday home.
