On entering from the front covered porch is the solid teak door opening into the impressive entrance hall with chandelier and glass doors through to the large living room with comfortable sofas, Satellite TV, DVD player and french doors opening to the poolside terraces. An inner arch leads into the inviting dining room, with french doors giving direct access to the covered terraces. The well equiped kitchen has dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, wine rack, electric oven with electric hob, marble worktop, breakfast area and a walk-in pantry. The laundry room houses the washing machine.

There are three bedrooms on the ground floor, and a fourth, the master bedroom, is on the first floor.  All bedrooms are furnished to a high standard and have air conditioning

 

Bedroom 1 has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and access to the poolside terraces.

Bedroom 2 has twin beds, fitted wardrobes and its own ensuite bathroom and shower.  It also has access to the poolside terraces.

Bedroom 3 has twin beds, fitted wardrobes and is adjacent to the shower room and toilet that is shared with bedroom 1.

Bedroom 4 is on the first floor, and is the master suite.  It has a double bed, walk in wardrobes, private balcony and a full ensuite bath and shower room.  Also on the first floor, accessed from the landing are two great sun terraces, one facing East, and one facing West, which means you get to watch some memorable sunsets and sunrises.
