March Martorell - Pollensa area

Homely and comfortable‚ March Martorell is a traditional‚ stone–clad Majorcan farmhouse. Its rural setting is peaceful‚ and the flat countryside surrounding it allows for good views encompassing trees and gardens. Although not located in a resort‚ it's not completely isolated‚ as the centre of Pollensa is only two and a half kilometres away. It's nine kilometres from Puerto Pollensa's beach and nightlife.

This two–storey villa has a nice character‚ with exposed wooden beams and a terracotta–tiled floor in the sitting and dining room‚ which is a good size. Accommodation is split between a double bedroom and two twins‚ and the layout makes it very convenient for both families and small groups of couples‚ as neither the bathroom nor the shower room is en–suite. Outside‚ the swimming pool is set at the front of the house and screened for privacy. The poolside terrace and surrounding lawned garden provide a pleasant place to relax‚ with garden furniture including sunloungers and parasols.
