The very spacious and lavishly furnished accommodation has cooling terracotta tiles and oak beamed ceilings throughout, providing a very relaxed summer ambience with the added benefit of air conditioning in all bedrooms.
The grand pine front doors open into the entrance reception area leading into the open aspect living / dining room (approx 50 m²), with Playstation 2 (two handsets), Satellite, Plasma TV, DVD player, CD music system, solid oak dining table with matching chairs, feature fireplace and three sets of french doors opening to the poolside and BBQ terraces.
The large fully fitted modern kitchen is a chef's dream with every conceivable requirement, including Meile dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, electric oven / hob, eye level fitted cupboards, twin sink unit and glass doorway opening to the main dining area with a side door to the BBQ terrace.
Bedroom 1 has a large double bed, fitted wardrobes, study desk and chair. Bedroom 2 has twin beds, fitted wardrobes, full en-suite bath / shower room, and side door to the poolside terraces.
Bedroom 3 has twin beds, large wardrobe, pine bedside bookshelves and pleasing garden views. Bedrooms 1 and 3 share a shower room which is suitable for wheelchair users, and adjacent is also a separate wc.
From the main hall, marble stairs with wrought iron railings, lead up to the first floor to Bedrooms 4 and 5, which both have twin beds. Please note all twin rooms can be made up as doubles upon request. Each bedroom has been carefully furninshed to offer fitted wardobes, twin bedside bookshelves, ambient lighting, and a luxury en-suite shower room. Each bedroom has french doors that open to their own private terrace with far reaching views across verdant almond groves towards Santanyi, the hilltop monastery of San Salvador and the tranquil Cabrera islands; a nature reserve, some 60 kilometres away.
All rooms have individual air conditioning and central heating for early and late season lets.
Note: The air conditioning is on a timer for 10 hours daily. If you wish to change the hours set please contact your local representative. Additional air conditioning may be available on request and is payable locally.
