Villas Calitjas - Cala'n Bosch

Located close to our Rocas 44 are the two semi–detached Villas Calitjas‚ known locally as Calitja and Ametler. Just along the road from the villas is the resort centre‚ whilst the lovely family–friendly beach is less than a kilometre away and perfect for children. The modern marina and the varied amenities of the commercial centre can be reached within a short walk.

Each reached by its own little driveway‚ these are simple holiday homes in their own spacious grounds. To the side of each villa‚ surrounded on three sides by lawns and a low stone wall‚ a large‚ slightly raised swimming pool is overlooked by a sunny poolside terrace with an outside shower and a handy barbecue. An arched patio shades double glass doors that open into the lounge‚ kept cool by a ceiling fan. A couple of steps lead from the lounge and dining area to the bedrooms and the bathroom at the front of the villa.
