Villas Menorca Sur - Son Bou
The Villas Menorca Sur complex is located in the Torre Soli housing estate by Son Bou beach, near the three-bedroom villas of the same name.
Each villa has two double bedrooms with two beds. One room has an en suite bathroom with a shower and there is also a full-size bathroom in the hallway. There is a large lounge and dining room as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a fridge-freezer, a toaster, a juicer, a coffee machine and other appliances.
The lounge room opens out onto a covered terrace and a swimming pool of approximately 7 x 4 m. The outside area is also fully equipped with a table, chairs and sunloungers as well as a portable barbecue.
All the villas are fitted with air conditioning, a TV and a DVD player, satellite channels and a safe.
Each villa is surrounded by a lovely private garden with a variety of native plants.
In the Son Bou beach area, you will find many shops, bars, supermarkets, a pharmacy, an entertainment centre, a club, pubs and a swimming pool with a water slide.
The complex is about 2 km from the beach and 1,800 m from the shopping area.
Towels will be changed and cleaning will occur twice a week while sheets will be changed once a week. Upon arrival, you will be offered a welcome pack.
